Email Forwarding

With In2net Email Hosting, you can set up email forwarding to automatically send all incoming messages to a secondary account, or manually forward a single message to a secondary account.

How to Set Up Email Forwarding:

Easily forward all incoming messages to another email account:

  1. Log into your email account and go to My Settings. Click the Forwarding tab.
  2. Type the email address you want messages to forward to in the forwarding address tab. Want to forward to multiple email addresses? Separate addresses with a comma.
  3. Choose if you’d like to delete messages once they have been forwarded, or keep them in the first account. Save to finish.

What’s the Difference Between an Email Address and Email Forwarding?

An email address is tied to its own dedicated mailbox where you can send, receive, and access emails. You can access this mailbox via the web or through an email client. Adding forwarding to your email address allows you to send copies of your emails to another email address.

When email forwarding is enabled, it redirects messages sent to one address to another. You can choose whether to keep a copy in both mailboxes or only in the forwarded address’s mailbox. This feature is useful for managing multiple mailboxes or keeping the original mailbox hidden.
